Charged for movie that I cannot watch

I rented Who am I. Was charged. Tried to watch it but it wasnt in my library. I retried numerous times but got message that product was available. Rental is not in my library. Now I have 5 charges to my account and NO movie! Please help! User's recommendation: Good company great movies but seemed to have a glitch today.
