I purchased $25 of gas with a debit card at a local gas station. They charged me for $75 which was immediately posted to my bank account and unavailable for use however the $75 is still pending today, I still don't have the unused money available for my use. I'm told Paymentech is the processor. How can this be. and I will not get a credit back for 24 hours from the next day. that is my money they are holding !!! Help. Is this Legal? I will ask from now on the processing guidlines before making any purchase.
