Update by user Jan 25, 2019 We purchased a mattress, adjustable base and mattress cover...none were delivered since the adjustable base would not fit in our room. We should have been asked if the base would fit into our house. None of the products were ever unloaded from the truck. Original review posted by user Jan 24, 2019 On 1/24/19, we had a scheduled delivery of a mattress and adjustable base. When the drivers came into our home they said that the adjustable base would not fit up our stairs so they took some pictures of our stairway and left. Later in the day, I found out that we would be charged for delivery even though NOTHING was delivered. I spoke to the Oak Creek manager and he would not work with me. There was nothing in the paperwork that I signed that stated that one is charged for delivery even when NOTHING is delivered. With all the competition out there I was shocked that they had no remedy for this unfair charge...we will not be shopping at Colders ever again and I encourage you to look carefully into everything in your purchases. By the way, Colders is NOT Better Business Bureau approved. Don't wonder why retail stores are a dying breed...
