Charged for a cancelation

On 7/22/21 I cancelled a room in St Anthony Idaho. Confirmation 320101**** When I called to cancel the room, the man whom answered the phone argued with me. I called 2 hours before check in to please cancel the room. I was charged anyway. Please help me get this corrected. Glenn Salveson
