Charged excess fees for airline fare then denied that I had a reservation for 6
Booked on 5/7/2020 paid $2497. for 6 tickets to Kauai for Dec. 2020. Resort on Kauai was closed so had to rebook for a later date and was charged another $1260. in post airfare fees. I had to rebook 3/2021 because Resort was still closed. Rebooked for July 2021, then contacted in Jun 19, 20 and 21st and was told I did not have a reservation and they could not help me. I found the reservation and they cancelled it refunding $2509.20. I had to rebook it and they charged me another $639.20 for post airfare in addition to my airline credits. No one could explain or help me so I am writing to spare others from the same experience. then rebooked same charging me User's recommendation: DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!
