I got charged by the hostel even after cancelation of booking well before the cancelation date given, and not received the refund even after 3 months of charging. Its hoteliris who charged for booking made from hostelworld. This hotel don't even pick the call or reply for emails. This is my email id in case i got resolution [protected]@gmail.com. Thank you
