Arranged to have plumbforce clear a drain. The woman on the phone was friendly however there is something sinister about the way the company operates, very dishonest. Supposedly on their site drain clearing is £70 plus VAT. They insist on taking card details before they have even got to the job. On the day they claimed it was a more difficult job and that they'd need to do more which was going to be a lot more expensive (there was no reason why this should be). On top of this they charged twice from my account and would not send a receipt or invoice - they are not professional at all. Extremely dodgy and overpriced -- this is essentially theft. Do not use this company.
