Charged Card But Never Received Item

All I have are bad experiences with this company. The worst part is that they charged over $400 on our credit card for an item that is out of stock. Tried to call all day to get the charged reversed, got voice mail. Left several messages, received no call backs. This is my story: First hand, I received a coupon for 55% off everything, except for sale items. I thought this was a good deal, and ordered a necklace. I received a call 2 days later to inform me that the necklace is out of stock. However, this item is still up on their website and I can add it to my cart for several days so I emailed someone and asked if the item is available again. It took several days for the response and it is available. My husband ordered it for me and the order went through. Again, several days later, we were told that the item is out of stock. Then this is when they charged our credit card for an item we didn't have and could not get anyone to reverse the charges.
