Charged card after agreement to cancel order

Waited 3 business days with no movement on the transaction despite policy stating they were open to ship and accept orders. Called to cancel. They said they would, then the next business day charged my account.Called in again to cancel was greeted by a rude lady that just asked for my order number then hung up with out and confirmation of cancellation. No names were given by customer service agents. This company purposely charged my card the day after the supposed cancellation in an attempt to make me feel like it would be too much trouble to follow up and ensure it was done thus still giving them the order and my money.
