Charged and refusing to refund or cancel

This company is calling for all the customers who've had a negative experience to expose them via social media. They have a 4-star rating but those must be bought because too many people are complaining about the same thing. It starts and stops at their customer service, or lack there of! How do you advertise 24/7 customer service but end up a voice mail service to leave a message. Am I calling my Aunts house or an online establishment?? Personally I opted to try the service but it's my first time and I didn't quite understand the whole set up. I signed up for one month "Risk Free" Trial and was immediately charged $39.95, even though this was not supposed to be charged until the 30th of September. I also do not have access to the target device so the software is useless. Under their cancellation and refund policy, my reason for requesting either is stated. However, a few open case numbers to web watcher support and multiple emails, I have gotten nowhere. They need to be exposed so others do not lose money, time, or energy.
