I was rushing to pay my rent on the 3rd of the month, of August 2020. The 1st was on a Saturday and the 2nd on a Sunday. The office is closed on these days. I paid by money order on the 3rd. The manager put the m.o. in my door and said I had to pay online. Of course, I had to get the m.o. cashed and the post office had already closed. Thank God I had more money and had to try many attempts before it would go through online, which was my reason for paying by m.o. in the first place. I was charged a $75 late fee. What a shame during this pandemic! Also, they charged me an extra $35 the first month; stating that my lights were not in my name, not so.
