Charged a hidden cancelation fee for Hertz

$50 to cancel Hertz reservation. They claimed it was a Hertz fee, but I went to the Hertz website and they say they don't have a fee and that some travel agencies charge a fee when booked through them. User's recommendation: DO NOT book rental cars through AAA travel.
