I have been charged whopping $96 US Dollars for a subscription I have never ever subscribed to! It was supposed to be a free subscription and I had cancelled it and while I was going through my banking payments and found that I have been charged such an amount for no reason. Kindly tell me an explanation and I wish to get a refund as soon as possible. Please let me know the process and how can I get connected to the concerned department for my refund at the earliest.
