I was charged 49.99 because I couldn't login to the account to cancel it (said email did not exist). I I contacted customer support on their website and they found the account and the charge and said I will get it back in 7-10 business days. I will wait 10 business days and if it is not refunded (after reading these reviews I'm very scared but I have hope for this company to do what they say otherwise will sadly have to take it further. Hopefully no more charges will be made and I get the refund. I will update in 10 b. Days.
