Charged 3 times and no fix

1

In March I paid $425 ($170 for rear struts). The remainder labor. In March again I paid $250 ($160 for front struts). The remainder in labor. My horrible clunk that I originally sought help for only continued to worsen. I live quit a distance and wasn't able to take my car back until November 4 to once again remedy the problem. I received a call from George, Manager at the end of the day saying I had to pay another $200 for them to replace the strut springs and mounts and wouldn't get the parts in until the following day. Picked car up and same klunk coming from rear end was still very loud. I contacted the district manager, Roe. He informed me that the struts I purchased in March for $170 only had the struts and wasn't a full assembly which is why my price was so low yet I'm paying $200 for entire assembly now. He said I was being charged for parts only yet receipt said $200 labor. Took my car the following morning to American Tires in Palos Verdes where he confirmed the struts came with full assembly parts. Checked the klunk and discovered it was a loose bolt on the control arm causing my problem all along. Tightened bolt and my car was good as new. I want my $200 they recently charged me for complete strut assembly which they never installed because it was already done in March.
