This is total B.S. and a huge scam! I am sick, and tired of trying to get a hold of them, and get it resolved! I would NEVER pay 200.00 for ANY face cream. I feel it is set up so the Consumer has no idea that they will be charged this large amount the trial page says nothing about the price of the product. Nobody would imagine they would be continuously charged for something they didn't even finish using to decide if they wanted to order more, and if they did want more they would order it.!!!! I was charged 200.00 for the product that I DID NOT ORDER!!!! My Credit Card has been frozen because of this charge through My Bank Fraud Center after being notified Yet the charge is still on My Bank Statement! I want my money back! I will never order anything from this company again! Or online for that matter.! The sample order was shipped 10/17/2018, and the 200.00 charge was 10/30/2018 come on be real!! Of course NO product has been shipped to me that I was charged 200.00 for so there should be no problem at all refunding my money!! Not professional, or smart way of business sales. IF I WOULD HAVE LIKED THE PRODUCT, I MAY HAVE ORDERED MORE BUT NOT FOR THIS PRICE.
