I w was told the software would be free instead I have been charged. I would like to cancel and be refunded for the products completely. Any future purchase is destroying my bank account. Please help asap for more information my number is 219220****. Please give me a call tp update me. I have been trying to contact Nch software and have had no success. This is really outrageous. I am a pissed off customer that deserves more respect than what is now being showed.
