I got a 25.00 gift card for my birthday ,I only use it at one store for coffee , I did not go there every day, the price was 1.66 the company charged me , the days, i did not go there, the Lady show me her account, she received the 1.66 the days I was there, but the days I were not there she did not received the money, so what did it go?this company is a big rip off, I will never get a gift card from Vanilla again, and will tell others about it.You are ready know the problem , that is why you have no one to answer a complaint.I will tell everyone i know, about your scams. User's recommendation: Don't purchase a vanilla card.
