WH will charge you month to month fee after the contact term. This information was not explained or told when customers signing the contract, and WH will take advantage of that situation if you are not fully aware of it. The contract says a 30 days notice is a must, when you find out the fee after the contract term, you have less than 30 days until the next charge, so WH will take 2 months fee from your credit card at minimum. I also purchased a 24 training sessions package with promised 8 free additional sessions. After my trainer left the company, WH refused to honor the deal.
