On November 1, 2017 I spoke with a representative about an order that was placed and she informed that the order could not be approved due to I used a debit card and not a credit card. I then informed her that this was not my first time ordering and I used this same card before for deferred payment. I then told her to cancel the order as well as everything else that I signed up for. On December 11, 2017 my bank account was charged $14.95 for this platinum account. I called and spoke with another representative who informed me that she could not remove the charge. I explained everything to her and still was not credited the $14.95. I would like to have this charge immediately added back to my account. Thanks
