Charge for a ride I didn’t take
I was charged for a ride I didnt take customer service answered my email earlier this morning asking for more details I emailed them back twice but have not heard from them since. This is very concerning to me the Uber cost $38.19 I am currently not working and cant afford to give money away. I would like my money put back into my account and to know the pick up and drop.
