Chapters head office contacted me and explained their policy for mask usage which I do not contest. They have the right to ask customers to comply or leave. As I have severe Asthma I cannot comply. I was willing to leave. The issue I have was the disrespect and aggression I was shown by the employee? manager? at the door of my local store. I will never frequent that store. Nor will any of my family. The $125.00 worth of gift certificates I was going to purchase from Chapters was bought at Mastermind Toys, which by the way had no issue with my Plastic face shield. User's recommendation: Don't shop here.
