Chanrge for item not delivered

On April 21 I placed the order, and my VISA credit card was charged $136.59 (not a hold but an actual charge). On April 22 I received an email saying the order was cancelled because it was out of stock, and the email stated that my credit card would not be charged. But my credit card was charged, the charge is still there, and no credit has been issued as of today April 26' Please resolve the matter, issue me with a credit in the amount of $136.59. Let me know.
