I called to try and get my bill lowered and I did .But lost channels 90,91,92,93,94. And the lady helping me said nothing about losing theses . I called and did this 2-13-19. I Called today 2-15-19 . and talk to someone named Jerry or terry, He would not help me .Very Disappointed.
