They ruined My Day for what happened, so I called the dealership before a few days and I booked an appointment to fix my car and they told me the car maybe it will stay with us I told them it's okay normally they will offer me a ride or because it's a Mercedes-Benz they usually give me a car from their side to ride it home and that's happens with me all the time with another dealers and in the same time I told them I'm from Ann arbor and they are far to me. so they must handle that my ride back home, so when I arrive today at time 10:15 and they did the paperwork everything and I was waiting for my ride to go home they told me oh sorry we cannot do that!!! why first because it's Friday so it's going to be a weekend and we cannot do that on weekends and you must book for it and sorry we cannot go that far to ride you home !!!!! I told him really?? only they said sorry, why no one told me about this issue before I come so I can book another appointment no one explained anything to me till I arrived there and that's really insulting and stupid and for Mercedes-Benz reputation they are given agreements for those stupid dealership and they cannot deal with their customers, No respect!! they must fix everything for the customer because it's a Mercedes-Benz number one company in the world, so disappointed and angry cuz the employ either doesn't deserve Mercedes-Benz to work with them they insult in the name of the company, I thought if I talk to the manager he will fix it but he did nothing he was standing there doesn't know how to talk doesn't know how to explain only sorry we cannot and that's unprofessional at all (service manager name was Steve Torino and assistance service manager name Ron Johnson.) Those two did unprofessional job today and wasted my time I canceled lots of appointments because of those two guys who deals with me unprofessionally. so disappointed of Mercedes-Benz.
