Changing email

I just sent an email regarding syncing my fuel saver to online shopping = also I tried changing my email and the message was “unable to update email address contact customer care”. The current email is Jayne.johnson@***.net would like it changed to jaynelj42@***.com. My fuel saver is 473082****64. Thank you for your help.
