Changed seating and collection method

After tickets being booked for 5 months, within a week of the show Amazon sent an email changing the location and the category of seating and requested I pick up the tickets rather than having them sent through the post. Their only claim was that this was due to unforeseen circumstances. Unforeseen at the Royal Albert hall??!!! Don’t think so. A disgrace!!!!!
