We are retirees who have been grandfathered at our nearby military clinic for 15 years. Humana barged in and without our consent, and without our knowledge, changed our PCM to some unfamiliar civilian provider. AND now we are prohibited from going back to our military clinic because Humana screwed us over by dis-enrolling us. We had no idea until we called about a prescription and an appointment and were told that we were no longer patients there. Told us to call Humana. Humana doesn't care, told us it was a done deal & they can't fix it. Our prescriptions are no longer valid so no necessary refills, on-going medical treatment has been disrupted, chronic healthcare management has been compromised. Humana *** sucks.
