Changed order and delivered poor product

I order a 50 roses basket for Mother´s Day... after a few hours of receiving my payment they call me to say they don´t have roses any more, but would like to offer 50 tulips instead. I double checked with them and they confirm that they would deliver 50 tulips in a basket, I wanted to make sure. What they really sent was a 10 tulip basket that looked poor and sad. I call them to find a solution and they refuse to help. They keep saying I agreed on 10 tulips which I never did, and they refuse as well to offer any kind of solution. On top of that they were rude and wouldn´t listen to what I was trying to explain. What I wanted was my mom to receive a huge beautiful flower arrangement in her day, since I was not able to travel and visit her. Instead she got a small, sad and bad taste arrangement. So please, do not ever buy anything from this company. They will lie and not hold accountable for their mistakes.
