Changed my contract and charged me for services outside the contract

I signed a contract on 12/13/19 for an initial visit charge of $239 and quarterly services at $119 per quarter but Terminix has been doing bi-monthly services since the signing of the contract therefore I am looking to get a refunded of 2 services that I did not sign a contract for and since my REQUEST for the $238 and that started 10/16/20 I have been in contact with them 6 times and been given the runaround since, passed on to different managers 1 returned call with lies of contact the following day with some kind of resolution NEVER TO GET THAT CALL! Today 11/12/20 I was given the same *** runaround that I would hear from someone in the next 48 hours in regards to this matter, I don't want to hear from anyone I just want a resolution to this matter and MY MONEY($238) BACK! If I hear from no one in the next 48 hours my next step is to contact the BBB / AG / Call Curtis (Sacramento) and my attorney to start a class action Terminix because I am quite sure that I am not the only customer that they have treated and robbed. PISSED!!!! User's recommendation: FIND SOME OTHER COMPANY!!!!
