Change vehicles

No one answers the dam phone, Ive been on hold for over a couple of hours. I traded in my vehicle I have with Toyota financial services and dealership told me to call them and let them know. Because the payment is next week but I wont be making it since i traded in vehicle. But no one is answering the god dam phone. This really bad service to not answer phone and keep people on hold for over a couple of hours. I called 800-874-**** User's recommendation: Good luck trying to reach a real person.
