I would love to know who came up with the next packaging for the menthols. Both menthol and menthol silver are almost identical. Since the changes I have been given now 9 wrong packs. And who requests receipts for cigarettes. So there is no way of exchanging them. I am beyond baffled at who designed and more so who wrote off on the nearly identical packs. I know I am one person and your company makes enough to lose my sales but I am also sure I’m not the only person who has complained. Not that you care but I am a single mother doing it 100% on my own and can’t afford to replace packs that are wrong. There wasn’t anything wrong with the old, I get gotta stay new and eye catching but this design is definitely a wrong way to go. All I want is to get my camel menthol silver. And when you have a busy store and they see the black and teal, they grab and get you out and on to the next customer. Maybe something should be done to change. Keep colors maybe one teal with black and one like it is. But not the smartest idea I’ve seen in package color design. Yes I am over 18 DOB 01/16/1975 It’s beyond frustrating to finally be done and looking forward to sitting outside and unwinding from a 17 hour day and open the wrong pack and you are stuck, kids in bed and it’s after 1:00 AM. Can’t make a run to the store.
