I have tried to contact you by phone and feel it important to inform you I have been scolded by the cafetière, I have always used your products and always buy the branded ones for quality. I have used this particular one only for best when I have had guests around for a meal so usage has been limited to under 10 occasions. As always I boiled the kettle and left it so I didn't scold the coffee. I then filled left stirred and then plunged. As I plunged the glass blew a hole and the contents covered my stomach. I have attached pictures. I have notified Tesco's where I purchased my coffee cafetière, They are investigating and looking for my translation and are putting a letter together to inform you that it is purchased from them. I am so upset that I have endured the pain and suffering of such a horrific accident which was totally unexpected, I never though the glass would do that. I believed it was safety glass. I have had to be off work and have been left unable to care for my children I have had to attend many hospital appointments. I have had to have painful procedures to remove the blisters and skin.
