Chair cover ripping at seam in seat

I purchased a Lazy Boy recliner from Lazy Boy in Springfield, MO about 6 years ago. It is leather, and I paid around $650.00 for it. The leather is ripping at the seams in the seat. I can send you a picture on my phone to show you. What can be done?
