Ceva Logistic a terrible delivery company

Orderd a massage chair from Titan Massage Chair company on Nov 30. Based on CEVA tracking system it said my item has been shipped to their local facility at San Francisco on Dec 6. My first attempt to schedule the delivery time was on Dec 9 but it never came. Tried to call Ceva customer services but no luck...re-schedule the delivery to Dec 17, same thing they never came and no email or phone call from them to explain why so I really don’t know where is my shipment now. Tried to call customer services again, after 30 min on hold I finally talk to an agent and all they said they don’t know why the local office wont delivered and re-schedule to Dec 19 :-( I had asking them if this time it still not deliver so what can I do? then they said I can schedule for pick up. That’s ridiculous, no actual solution from their customer services at all. Finally I got luck they delivered today Dec 19 but the driver won’t call to let me know they will coming. I will give 1 start for this terrible company. So frustrated Note: I think because of the customer services re-schedule the delivery time for me with their signature so they have to make a move on my shipment. I guess if I re-schedule by myself then they will ignore it. Hope it helps
