Ceryn-7,Anxiety Research Labs, Brett Benning, Paradigm Digital Agency Rip-Off, Scam, Fraudulent Cred
I ordered the "10 day trial" of Ceryn-7 from their website located at http://www.ceryn-7.com/ on 6/2/11 for $4.99. I received the bottle about a week later. After I received it I called to cancel and spoke to "John" in customer service to cancel any future shipments that may occur since the website didn't mention anything about obligation except buried in the terms and conditions on the order page. I confirmed cancellation with John on 6/8/11. On 6/20/11 my credit card was charged for $80.86 (screenshot attached) for something I was not aware of. I had not received anything further in the mail. I called customer service on 7/10/11 to inquire about the charge. The customer service agent could not locate the charge in his system so I had to email them a screenshot of the charge from my credit card statement to prove that I was billed by their company. The customer service agent told me to email him the screenshot and they would take care of it. As of today, 8/11/11, after repeated attempts to contact customer service and get a refund I still have not received a refund. This company used my credit card number fraudulently that I used to purchase the trial offer. I have had to cancel the credit card so the only way to receive a refund is for them to send a check for $80.86 to my address. Call the owner of the company if the same thing happens to you: Brett Benning, 480-251-****, or brettbenning @***.com. The guy is a major con-artist. Don't buy his placebo product! The same could happen to you! http://www.ripoffreport.com/alternative-health/anxiety-research-lab/anxiety-research-labs-ceryn-7-803b9.htm
