After Purchasing a Ram 3500 in Surry BC Dodge Ram has refuse to give me a Certificate of Conformity. What they did was tell me fax then all document that showed that I was the owner. including pictures off all stickers. 16 pages. They have been giving me the run around for 21 days and no one seems to want to take responsibility to tell me if they're going to give it to me or not. they're a bunch of low life's.
