First, my payoff was at $950 on my due date. So they automatic debited the $226 from my account, then I called that same day to make a payment of the difference of $950 to pay it off, but Mrs. Damary's told me that I had to pay $877.61 and I asked why because I'm paying everything on my due date to pay off what I owe, so since I'm paying my account off on the same day, I should only have to pay the $950 total and nothing more. Damary's said to me No that's not how they do it and since it was two different transactions I would have to go by what the new Epa was reflecting after they debited my account regardless if I made the payments on the same day or not. So I went on ahead and paid it only to dispute it afterwards so my account would not be late and to pay it off. ALSO, I've called acceptance now on 6 or 7 different occasions about emailing and mailing out my receipt &;;;;;;;;;;; my certificate like Damary's said she would, but I never received them nor did I receive my receipt of furniture paid in full. The 3rd time I called Damary's said the printer ate the certificate paper and she would need to check with her supervisor to get approval first if she can reprint my creative of furniture paid in full. I'm not buying her what she's saying and she never returns my calls.
