Check was declined. Called company and reason was high risk. Was told they would do a vi request and i should wait 10 minutes, write a different check and try it again. Should of known better, it was the sameer old thing. Called again which in itself is a real headache getting through to a live person, which meant going through everything a second time. So i have to wonder if they actually take any info, since she could not pull up the previous info. Plenty of funds in the acct. And when i asked them to call the bank i was told that was not there job (Go figure). Needless to say the manager at younkers was less than helpful. I walked out without the clothes and younkers lost out on a rather significant sale. Company's need to hire a reliable and honest service, and certegy definitely is costing them business.
