CEO harrasses after not completing an order

Tried to purchase online and site wouldn't process payment so I left the site. Then, got multiple emails and calls from the company to complete my purchase saying they couldn't process because of laws re: Ephedra and didn't want to process "offshore" but could process over the phone. First call, told them it was inappropriate to call me since I didn't request a call (had put in contact info to make purcjase), and they continued to call and email. Even got email from "CEO" saying that I must be old and stubborn because they were just trying to provide good customer service. It's not good service to get called and emailed repeatedly after not completing an online transaction. Company must be desperate and glad I know it's not cool to buy the product anyway.
