During this time i have been experiencing gas, heavy belching, stomach and bowel irritation, bloating. i thought i was having an issue i would have to be medically tested for at great expense to myself. I began looking up the ingredients in "centrum silver", and lo and behold these things were listed as producers, or "possible side effects" of the vitamins by "pfizer" . I also experienced during the time i was taking "centrum silver", agitation, loss of sleep and general irritability. Upon realization that the vitamins were causing these deleterious effects, i immediately threw out the remainder of the recent bottle of "centrum silver" ! The next day and to the present day i have not had any of these symptoms or maladies, the membership should be aware of this as i had also started eliminating various foods prior to this revelation, now i can eat my favorites again.
