I hate the fact that I can no longer get my doctor's office when making an appointment. Now you have to go thorough a central calling system. This stranger I'm talking to has all my information in front of him and then he wants to know why I'm making an appointment. Its none of his business. If my son or daughter would go to my doctors office and want my information they would tell them no because of hippa, but this stranger needs to know my business. From now on I will tell them Its none of their business. Everything at Upmc has gotten to be so impersonal.
