Over the years we've used several different warranty companies to cover our rental properties. Choice Home Warranty is, by far, the worst. They deny more claims than they approve. Read the "fine print" and you'll see they have an "out" for just about every situation. When I bought the warranties that are active with them now I asked specifically if our older central hear & air units would be covered. They said "Yes, of course"! When we recently had a unit go out they denied the claims and won't even pay their maximum of $1500 toward our new unit. This is only one example of the claims we've filed over the past 4 years which were also denied. Don't make the same mistake we made. Choose another home warranty company.
