I spoke with bella employee id 7007 today and was degraded and humiliated due to my inability to write.( currently be completed by aid). I was told my call was recorded, LIE i was told i was contacted, LIE, i was told that customer service have no superior if they need to raise safety or health concerns I am now speaking with the director via email and he is contradicting himself and his employees whilst hiding behind generic emails.
