Cengage false ad

Cengage placed ads on their website, and when I purchased the 12 month subscription, they charged me $104 more then the ad. When I contacted them, they said show me the ad. So I screen shotted 4month, 12 months and 2years, showing 3 FALSE ADS, they have yet to respond to me since then, but changed their ads the next day!!!!! User's recommendation: avoid it.
