I waited on hold for over an hour to speak to a rep to no avail. If you can not provide phone service in the future I will be switching carriers. Now my issue that I cannot find a solution for on your support site is: Cannot make phone call due to "Cellular data not available for voice calls". How do I fix it or do I need a different carrier?? User's recommendation: Switch to a carrier that provides email, chat and phone support.
