cell phone under warranty

Hi I own a HTC Sensation and recently it had some display issue and since I was under warranty I gave to HTC authorised service centre SAP Mobile Service Center, 2 Chandan Mansion, Gokhale Road, opp. Portuguese Church, Dadar (W), Mumbai - 400028, phone: 022- [protected] / [protected] on June 21, 2012, Ticket no. 12INA2600002138, Job No. BOM004-0000212, till date they have not repaired the phone nor replacing it with a new one. I was first told 15 days, then they told me July 14th, then July 22nd, then July 25th, they are making me wait endlessly? Please help me, I have been calling HTC helpdesk and have been posting on twitter and on their open forum and all I get are false assurances and sometimes someone calls from Escalation department but nobody is actually doing anything about it, I am really frustrated and dont know what to do now???
