I am saddened by the level of disrespect I have received . It sadness me even more when the workers hang up on me everytime I try to make a follow up. I was asked to take an iPhone 7 which I was using an iPhone 7plus all along. I rejected the offer because that's lesser than the one I was using. I pay for my insurance every month and I paid for my excess fee after I lost my headset but it's been months now and I haven't gotten any feedback from finrite. This is heartbreaking.
