Rotor - Rootor hired a demolition crew to demolish the basement walls after water damage restoration. The crew damaged the ceiling. I called and spoke with Joseph Andrews about the ceiling damage who agreed to send a company check in the amount of $300.00 for the drywall contractor to repair ceiling. Delay tactics caused me to contact BBB today to file a complaint followed by filing a small claims suit next week. It should not have come to this but I am out of pocket $300.00 to repair a ceiling I did not damage. Its been a month now and the drywall contractor who Joseph Andrews spoke with to resolve this matter have moved on to other projects. I sent pictures of the demolition of the walls and the ceiling damage. And a picture of the ceiling intact before wall demolition.
