Order placed on Feb 7, 2012. Received proof for sign and approved same. Waited and waited and then started contacting company. They rarely return emails or phone calls. Finally received order months later and when box was opened only part of the sign was there. Again started contacting through email and phone with absolutely no response. It is now June 2012 and still no contact or completed sign. This company was responsive up to to the point when they got my money. Then it is "go kiss off consumer." It is strange because they have an impressive web site and history. But they just don't make good on their promise. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM - I GUARANTEE THEY WILL CHEAT YOU.
